In 1966, during the Vietnam War, State Department military analyst Daniel Ellsberg accompanies American troops in combat, documenting the U.S. military progress in the region for Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara. On the flight home, McNamara privately tells Ellsberg and William Macomber that the Vietnam war is hopeless. Upon landing, he tells the press he has every confidence in the war effort. Ellsberg, overhearing this, becomes disillusioned. Years later, as a civilian military contractor working for the RAND Corporation, Ellsberg surreptitiously photocopies hundreds of classified reports documenting the country's decades-long involvement in the conflict in Vietnam, dating back to the Truman administration. Ellsberg then leaks these documents to The New York Times..

With all of the hype and controversy surrounding the O.J. Simpson trial, I was looking forward to seeing this movie. I was relieved when it was over. The first 15 minutes of the film were a real disappointment. A whole lot of the movie was spent with the family dealing with the aftermath of the trial. It was almost like the entire movie was one long therapy session. After that point, the movie took a positive turn. The film showed the media's take on the trial, focusing on OJ's good qualities, and showing how he was a very flawed character. The film was very entertaining and gave you a different perspective on OJ. I was impressed by this film. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a different perspective on OJ Simpson's trial.

I love war stories. As a kid I read a lot of war books and I have always loved watching "epic" films. "The Post" was not a war film, it was a story about how the world reacted to the problems caused by the Vietnam War. It was also a story about the power of the media, the power of the newspapers, the power of politicians. In that sense it was a great film. The performances were brilliant. I thought that Amy Adams was fantastic as the central character. I thought it was a great role for her, in the same way as the first "The Sixth Sense." And I thought that Josh Lucas did an excellent job as the only child of a President, who feels helpless. And I loved the way that Ryan Gosling was able to convey a sense of loss and loneliness so effectively. Overall, I think this film is a great film. If you're not a fan of war films, don't watch it. It's not a movie for everyone. I don't think it will win any Oscars or anything, but it is a good film, and I would recommend it to anyone who likes war films. 9/10.

This film really got me in, and it does not deserve a single award for its "art" or its directing. It is the story of how the real Walter Cronkite played by James Spader was able to tell the truth to the world in a time of fear and intrigue. Cronkite, in a nutshell, was the most trustworthy and trustworthy newsman of his time. His dedication, his courage, his integrity and courage is what made him the man he was, and I would have to say that this film portrayed Cronkite as a great and very human man. As well as showing a huge part of what he went through and all the negative effects that could have been the result, such as the lack of proper support. It is a very interesting film that should not be missed if you like any of Cronkite's documentaries.

I read several reviews of this movie, and after having seen it, I feel the opposite. It was, as always, very well done. The story was great, the performances superb, and the music was superb. The only criticism that I have of this movie, is that it ended a bit abrupt, after the events of 9/11. I would have liked to see a little more development of the government and the people that were in the Pentagon before they were attacked. At the same time, the movie should have been more "technical" than it was, to make it more of an academic piece of work, instead of a blockbuster film. Overall, a good movie. If you want to learn about 9/11, or just have a good time, see this movie.

I have never read The Post so I had no idea what to expect from the movie, but I went in with high expectations and got quite the opposite. To me the movie was a disappointment. The most memorable character for me was Ben Affleck. He was brilliant, and even if I do not agree with his politics, he was a fascinating character. By far my favorite performance was from Julianne Moore as Catherine Tramell. Catherine was a strong character, and I felt her pain. But when I watched the movie, I noticed something wrong with the movie. First of all, the background music was not that good. I believe that a movie should be able to tell its story without music so that the audience can connect with the characters. The background music in The Post made me think of the music of the first Star Wars movie, which was way better than this movie. The movie was not entertaining enough. As for the performances of all the actors, I was very impressed. I did not think that this was a movie I would enjoy as much as I did, but I did. I felt that Matt Damon and Mark Ruffalo were not the best choices for the roles, but they were decent. I also felt that Julianne Moore was great in her role as Catherine Tramell. The other performances of the movie were also good, but I am not sure what the point of that was. I think this was a movie that was made for people who wanted to know more about the Watergate scandal. In that sense, I think that the movie was better than the actual Watergate scandal. I think that there is a good message in The Post that should be reflected in the new Congress. It is a movie that should be watched for the two hours, and not for the first half.

I just finished watching the award winning The Post. It was a very interesting movie. It shows you the real story that the media played in the past. It also shows the media working today to try to keep up with the times and just the current story that we are going to hear. It also shows what the press did in the 50's. The media played the media that is today. It also shows how the media's role in politics is changing and how the media got into political campaigns and everything. I think that it is a good movie to watch and it shows what the media does today and how it affects our lives.

I saw "The Post" on its first showing last night and I really liked it. The acting was superb. The story of the Post, the people inside it, the stories they tell, and the way it gets written and published by the Post itself. The best movie I've seen in a long time. I would be interested to know if the ending was a direct reflection of the paper itself. I have heard that it was not. But I really like the movie and I would highly recommend it.

I have to admit, I liked this movie. It is a real good story. But the acting of Ben Affleck, Gary Oldman, Judi Dench, and Natalie Portman is terrible. Ben Affleck, Gary Oldman, and Judi Dench are the only ones who play their roles with dignity. Gary Oldman and Natalie Portman do their best with their roles, but there is just too much talking. I think that there should have been more acting, or even a lot less talking. If there is a director, you should have tried to give more depth to the movie. I don't understand the people who say that the acting is good. It's not. If you want to see a great movie, watch "The Truman Show."

I was not expecting too much from this movie, I did not know the name of the writer, the director and the producer. I was not expecting to see such a fantastic movie. I am very glad that I saw it. It is the most original movie I have ever seen. The movie is based on true story. What I loved the most is the whole story. You don't get to know the real story behind the movie, the truth. I am very pleased that the movie is true. You don't have to guess it, you will be surprised. But what I liked most is that the director was able to find a really good story to tell. The director used a really great camera. Everything was so easy to look at. It made you feel like you were in the movie. I am really happy that I see this movie. I am planning to buy it and watch it. The movie was really good, so I recommend everyone to watch it.

I have always been a fan of Mark Whalberg, and when I heard he was in the movie, I knew I had to see it. When I went to see it, I was expecting a great movie, which it was. I enjoyed the movie, but I could not help but think that there should have been more focus on the President's relationship with his brother. It was hard to tell, because I couldn't tell if it was about Bill Clinton's relationship with his brother, or Bill Clinton's relationship with his brother. The tension between the two brothers was the reason I was so excited to see the movie. The drama was so well done, and the acting was so well done. Mark Whalberg did a great job. I would recommend this movie to everyone. Mark Whalberg should be in the cast of the Oscar for best supporting actor, I hope he wins.

When I saw the first preview for The Post, I wasn't very impressed. I was concerned that it was going to be a fairly shallow movie with little to no substance. I was very wrong. The Post has the depth of a movie. The movie has more emotional depth than the previous installments in the series. The movie takes place in the modern day and the series has long been the best movie with characters that actually felt like people. The Post in particular is a story about how the media and the people we listen to are manipulating the public, and how they are the ones who are to blame for not seeing things from a person's point of view. I found myself feeling compassion for them as well as their stories. It was also a perfect choice to film on location, as it shows the American news media as the great majority of people never know. Most people have no idea that the media is in the business of manipulating and turning people's opinions, just like how the media is in the business of turning people's opinions into stories. The Post is very well acted. The performances from the cast are very well done, as most actors in this type of movie are. The movie was also a great example of a thriller. I really liked the idea of a movie that is going to have you thinking and wondering throughout the movie. If you watch this movie, you will have a great time, and I think that it's a movie that should be in every one's collection of movies.

Based on a true story, The Post tells the story of how newspapers became the news organizations of their time. As it was the era when newspaper reporters started to write stories for magazines, this movie shows the transformation of newspaper reporters from writers to editors. The movie is funny, smart, sad, and touching all at the same time. In order to make it, the director, Andrew Niccol, had to bring a lot of attention to the movie. At the time, newspapers were still the only source of news and they were still worried about how to make money. This movie brings back that feeling of those times. This movie is one of those movies that you have to watch over and over again to get all of the meaning.

An excellent movie that told the story of a man, and it doesn't matter if it's true or not. It's what you do with it that counts. The acting is superb from all, but this movie stands out. I loved the way the movie progressed, with all the twists and turns. It was very different from other movies I've seen. The story is fascinating. The film really shows how a man can see the future and how he's going to deal with the problems that his future has to offer. It was very entertaining, and it really gives you an inside look at the men in office that is actually more entertaining than the actual movie itself. I don't think there is anything wrong with the movie, in fact, I really think it's really great. In the end, I think that the movie is really great, and I would say that it deserves to be nominated for best picture. This movie is definitely worth watching, and it's a must see.

This film had a very interesting plot, but I felt that the acting was a bit under par. The character of Dreyfus was portrayed as being very arrogant, arrogant of power. This is a good and exciting character, but the acting in this film is weak. The character of Johnson was well portrayed, and gave some good emotion. However, other characters were far below average, including those of Thomas Cromwell and Michael Herrmann. The acting was not bad, but the character of Johnson was severely under utilized. In my opinion, it was an OK film, but I would not see it again. I would say it is better than Citizen Kane.

Heather photo

Though perhaps it will be seen as merely an embellishment of a sad story, it is hard to imagine that this story is not historically accurate, in the sense that every piece of information is a true fact. I thought that the acting was superb and the cast was more than believable. I will tell you that in some cases, the difference between "a" and "the" was very much like the difference between "a" and "the". In a film such as this, I think it is important to give the actors room to move. They could have acted in ways that would have been uncomfortable, but they were not. They were simply superb. The director, Sam Mendes, did an excellent job in keeping the audience, the viewer, in suspense. I also think that the camera was beautifully lit. There were a couple of scenes that really brought the viewer into the story, and I think that this gave the film an intense emotional connection. Though, in my opinion, some of the moments were exaggerated and exaggerated in this film, it was still well done. I felt that the directing was not only impressive, but also very well thought out and thought-provoking. In fact, it was not until the third act of the film that I really felt that the film was beginning to drag. The audience at the theater was in a state of uproar over the last three acts, and I am sure that a lot of people had tears in their eyes at that point. This film had a great message, and it was well executed. I was very impressed with this film. It is a very good film, and I do recommend it to anyone who wants to see a great film.

If you are looking for a "feel good" film, this isn't it. This is a dramatic film that focuses on a "semi-good" man's (honestly, I don't think this is an overly "good" film, but the one who says that, so please, I beg you, don't bash this film). Michael Moore focuses on the time of the Watergate scandal, which showed the corruption in government and the government's handling of the scandal, and how the two involved met and how one became the other. This is an important film, and it is also incredibly well done. I am a film major myself, and I can't remember a film that has stayed with me this much since the end of the Second World War. I would have to give it an eight out of ten if I could, but that isn't possible. One good thing about this film is that it doesn't make you feel happy, it makes you feel sad. I don't know if it's because of the subject matter, the film, or just the way the subject matter is portrayed, but I was actually sad for one of the main characters in the film. I liked this film very much, and it is an excellent film, but I can't give it a nine out of ten because it isn't the best film. Not by a long shot.

Of the three movies that were being released simultaneously around the time of the WTC bombing, this was by far the best. By far. There was a time when the anti-war protests were always more interesting than the movies. In the current political climate, it's understandable that the protest in the Arab world is more interesting than the one in the US. But somehow, despite the political differences, these protests have a more "moving" quality. This is how a movie should be made. I haven't read the book, but from what I understand from the reviews, it is a very detailed book. Based on what I read, it is a very accurate account of the events of September 11. The movie was put together extremely well, and the events were portrayed very accurately. You actually felt like you were there. I've seen a few movies about the towers, but none has been as well made as this movie. Of course, the movies were either too political or too dramatic to really be taken seriously. But for me, that wasn't a problem. After the 9/11 attacks, the movies were almost all anti-war. I was very interested in seeing a movie that showed the situation in the US, and what the government was doing. The movie did a great job of showing the US government's response to the attacks, but also showed the reactions of the public, their feelings, and their wishes. It also showed that there was more than just anti-war feeling going on in the US at that time. Overall, a great movie.

I was very surprised at how well the story was told and the movie did a good job portraying the Post War environment. The acting and the directing was good. The only thing that I did not like about this movie was the fact that it was so long. I wish they had condensed it. I'm still unsure how it would have been better but overall, it was very good.

I was really interested in the politics of the Vietnam War, but I didn't know much about it. This film is an amazing account of how things went from a 9 month pause in the war, to a full scale war, to a negotiated peace between the US and the South Vietnamese government. It shows how the government worked through the war and how the politicians fought the war. The government was also responsible for the many flaws in the war. This film is a great account of the last year of the Vietnam War. There are many scenes in this film that will stay with me long after the film has ended. You will be swept up in the story. There are many times during the film that it makes you feel emotionally involved. For example, I felt sorry for the people on the South Vietnamese government side, as they were put through the hell of the war and to see them come out of it being brought up to power, only to be tortured and tortured again. This film is very realistic in that it is not meant to be a political statement, and is more of a love story. There are some scenes that are very painful to watch, but they are a part of the message. Overall, this is a great film about the end of the war. The acting is excellent. I recommend this film to everyone who enjoys films. I rate it 8/10.

The Post is an excellent movie that is just as effective when it does what it was intended to do. It is based on true events that were part of the Watergate scandal that occurred during the Nixon administration. The movie tells the story of a paper reporter, Bob Woodward and a young investigative journalist, Carl Bernstein, who were the first journalists to expose the Watergate scandal and their efforts to help the President of the United States to stop it from happening. The story also shows the effect the press has on the people. This film is great because it explains the actual events that were going on at that time and it also shows what kind of person Woodward was, and the impact that it had on his life. The acting is very good, but it is really an ensemble cast that is excellent. The movie was definitely one of the best movies of 2001, and it was a good movie to watch on a rainy day, and I highly recommend it.

I can't understand why a film that shows the real face of the Pentagon attack should have the lowest rating possible. We all know that the real face of the Pentagon attack wasn't any part of the film. I think it's kind of odd that a film like that should be rated so low. I liked the acting of the main character and the story was good but the best part of the film was the computer generated imagery of the attacks. I am a big fan of movie-making and I'm very pleased to have seen this film. In my opinion it was well made and well acted. I give it an 8/10.
