Hedy Lamarr was a Hollywood movie star who was hailed as the most beautiful and glamorous in the world. However, that was only the surface that tragically obscured her astounding true talents. Foremost of them was her inventive genius that a world blinded by her beauty could not recognize as far back as her youth in Austria with her homemade gadgets. This film explores Lamarr's life which included escaping a loveless marriage on the eve of Nazi Germany's conquest of her nation to a new career in Hollywood. However, her intellectual contributions were denied their due even when she offered them in the service of her new home during World War II. Only after years of career and personal decline in her troubled life would Lamarr learn that her staggering aptitude created brilliant engineering concepts that revolutionized telecommunications, which forced the world to realize the hidden abilities of a woman it had so unfairly underestimated.

This is an interesting, and in many ways telling, story about a wonderful woman who made a difference in the lives of many. It is told from the point of view of the child she had as a little girl, and then as an adult, and the film is a good story in and of itself. However, I was very surprised to learn that the producers of this film were also a major supporter of Hitler. The film doesn't say anything about her actions, but the messages it sends are very clear. It is very difficult to watch the film without feeling a little bit of guilt for supporting such a terrible dictator. That said, the film is still worth watching, and it is well worth a watch. The filmmakers, which are British, are clearly very intelligent people. The film is well-done, and there are many good things about it. However, it is clear that the producers of this film did not want to support Hitler. It is worth mentioning that in the film, they claim that the film is "not intended to glorify Nazism." That is a rather strange statement to make about a film that depicts a woman who made such a difference in the lives of so many people.

As I sat down to watch this movie I was expecting something along the lines of "Wings of Desire" but I was pleasantly surprised. It was well done and the documentary was extremely well done. It made me want to learn more about Hedy Lamarr. I am not a historian but I am a film buff and I do know what her life was like. This movie had a lot of beautiful scenes in it. I have to admit I was surprised how much I enjoyed this film. It is not a bad documentary at all. It is just one of those documentaries you really need to see.

Before she was a famous movie star, Hedy Lamarr (b.1886) was a movie star. She was born in southern California, and raised in San Bernardino, where she was a star dancer at the famous nude and circus shows of the time. She was also a major socialite who was known for her social events, which included her own annual charity ball. Her father, John Hedy Lamarr (b.1879), was a wealthy businessman. Hedy Lamarr was also a star dancer, and an accomplished vocalist. The movie highlights her career from about 1921 until 1945, when she became a major celebrity. Hedy Lamarr was also a devout Catholic, and was a strong proponent of the traditional family. Her daughter, Evelyn Lamarr (b.1922), played Hedy Lamarr's sister, Evelyn Lamarr. The movie is extremely well done, as it tells the story of Hedy Lamarr's life, and her struggle with the Catholic Church and her efforts to raise money for her mother's charities. It also tells the story of the Manson Family, who were responsible for Hedy Lamarr's imprisonment and execution. It also tells the story of how the Mafia used Hedy Lamarr to further their own agenda. Overall, this is an interesting movie that is very well done. It tells the story of Hedy Lamarr and her life, and her struggles with the Catholic Church and the Mafia.

What a great film this was. The only thing I could think of when I came out of the theater was "What a waste of my life!" It is a very well told story of Hedy Lamarr. This film has many things that are not so easily explained or understood. There are many things that Hedy did that I cannot explain, such as her attitude toward racism, her pacifism and her courage in dealing with it. She made many people happy. She made money and she made people happy. The more you hear about her the more you will love this film.

Hedy Lamarr was a brilliant woman, an abolitionist and a statesman. She led the way for the Civil Rights movement and the fight against racism. In spite of the fact that she was a victim of the Ku Klux Klan, she was a hero of the Southern people. Her image in the media and in history is one of the most powerful examples of the courage of women. So, it is interesting that many people who are not familiar with the history of the U.S. have misconceptions about her. In order to dispel the myths, this film explains that Lamarr was a feminist. She did not want to see black people as property, but she was also a strong, determined woman. She believed that women should be able to vote and hold public office. Her outspokenness and courage in the face of opposition from the Klan was a turning point in her life. This film is a little too long. It would have been better to have only the documentary and no introduction to the history of Hedy Lamarr. It was also interesting that the introduction had a section in which the director and the film's producer described the history of Hedy Lamarr's life and how she overcame her prejudices. But this history is important and the producers did not do this. If the introduction was more brief, then this would have made a better film. Still, this is a good documentary. It is not a must see. But it is well worth seeing. It is a good example of the braveness and strength of Hedy Lamarr.

I have seen a few documentaries in my life, and this one is the best I've seen. It was interesting to see how they went about making this documentary. It made it very clear to me that there were many people involved with this project. It was also a good idea to show a great amount of the work that was done by Hedy Lamarr. I was not surprised that there was a controversy surrounding the film and the decision to release it. I think the critics were mostly right. I can see why some people would not like this film, but I think that most people would enjoy it. It was not a good film, but it was a good documentary.

I thought this documentary was very well done. The documentary itself is a little slow in some places, but it covers a lot of information about Hedy Lamarr, and gives a good overview of her life and her work. It also has interviews with people who knew Hedy Lamarr, and some of her other associates, and some of the people who worked with her. I especially liked the interviews with two of the people who knew Hedy Lamarr, and the people who worked with her. I thought that the documentary was very interesting, and it gave a good overview of Hedy Lamarr. I think that this documentary is definitely worth seeing. It is very informative and it tells a lot of information about Hedy Lamarr, and her life.

I've just watched this movie on the big screen, and I'm really impressed. I had seen the film before, but I thought it was pretty boring. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the film had a lot of interesting stuff to say. The problem I had with this movie was that I couldn't quite understand it. The movie is told from the perspective of the girl, not her family or her husband. I don't know if it was meant to be this way, but it just didn't feel like it was to me. If it was meant to be this way, it would have been better. If you have kids, make sure to watch this movie. You will learn a lot.

This documentary is a must-see for anyone who is interested in the life of Hedy Lamarr. The documentary is well-done and has a lot of great information about Hedy. The documentary starts out with her early life and how she was raised by her step-mother, her mother, and her step-father. The documentary goes on to show how she was raised by her step-father and how she was raised to be a strong woman. The documentary ends with Hedy's death and her funeral. The documentary is very informative about Hedy Lamarr and her life. It is an excellent documentary and it's well worth seeing.

I was so excited to see this documentary! I am a Hedy Lamarr fan, so I have seen all of her films. I also have a good knowledge of her story. The film starts with her career, her love life, her marriage, her death, and her final acceptance of the end of her life. I was surprised how professional and professional she was. I loved how she talked about her family, her friends, her mentor, and her work. It was so well done. I was really moved by the last part of the film. It was like they were right there with her. I think the film should have been shorter, but it was interesting. I recommend this film to anyone who is interested in Hedy Lamarr.

I just finished watching this documentary. I have never seen a documentary like this. I am a very big fan of the great Hedy Lamarr and her work. Her music was a major part of the music of the 20th century. The music she wrote and recorded for films like "Saving Private Ryan" and "Full Metal Jacket" and "Babe" is amazing and her voice is the perfect one for her. I have always wondered how she did all those songs and did they not always make it to the stage. In this film she tells the story of her life. It is very informative and very entertaining. It is also very well done. This film is definitely worth watching. I have a very strong feeling that if this documentary was available on DVD, it would be on top of the best documentaries. It would make a great movie.

I think this documentary is great. It gives a good overview of Hedy Lamarr, her life, and her career. It doesn't just talk about the war. It talks about the early years, her childhood, her rise to fame, her marriage, her death, her life after the war, and her marriage to another man. The part that really gets me is when Hedy discusses her childhood. Her mother was Jewish and so was her father, and they used to have a Jewish-Christian relationship, but Hedy's father was not very religious. I really liked the part when she talks about her mother, and how she was an active, caring, and loving woman. I also like the part where she talks about her early life and how her father was a very strict man, and how he was abusive to her. The part about her husband is also very interesting. I liked the part where she talks about the different reasons why he got married to her, and why she divorced him. I think she is extremely likable, and I also like how she discusses her life and how she is always proud of her husband. The part about her marriage is also really interesting. It's a very emotional part, but I think it's important to talk about the differences between Hedy and her husband, because she was married to this man for so many years. She was very independent, and very different from her husband, so she was very happy with her marriage. I also like the part where she discusses how she learned to appreciate her husband and appreciate her life. I think it's a great part. Overall, I really liked this documentary. It's very interesting, it's very well-made, and it has a good voice. I would recommend this to everyone. It's great.

Very nice documentary about the life of Hedy Lamarr. She was an important, dynamic, and charismatic woman who managed to be outspoken and outspoken at the same time. She was a very skilled, intelligent, and tactful person who used her immense charisma to do the right things and act the right way. She was a strong leader who never lost sight of the facts and values of her country. She was a woman of conscience who never forgot to do the right thing at all times. She was an important, successful, and very prominent American citizen who did what she believed was right, even when it cost her life. She died young at the age of 54. This documentary was very good and it should be required viewing for anyone who is interested in Hedy Lamarr's life. The documentary is made by the historian David M. Kennedy, who was a brilliant historian of American history and who has a strong, thorough knowledge of Hedy Lamarr. I have to say that the documentary is very good, but there is one thing that I think is missing. I think the documentary should be made in a way that it would have the same effect that it had on me. It would have given me the same emotional impact that it did on David Kennedy. It should have made me feel very emotional at the end. I think that would have been very effective in conveying the emotions that it caused me. I think that's what I would have liked to have had happen. I really enjoyed the documentary, but I feel that it could have been better. The documentary was very good, but I think it should have been better. It should have given me the same emotional impact that it did on David Kennedy.

This documentary is a must see for anyone who has a strong interest in the history of Hedy Lamarr. It is a fascinating story, told by the most credible person who knew her. She was a very intelligent woman, who did not allow her intelligence to hinder her life. She was a gifted writer, who was also a gifted woman. I have never read the novel by Hedy Lamarr, but I am sure that it was a brilliant story. I think the film is very accurate in telling the story. I was also very impressed with the editing. It was very professional and very well done. It was not a documentary that had a lot of editing that was very obvious, like in the case of "The Battle of Gettysburg". I think it is important for people to know the truth about Hedy Lamarr. This is a great documentary.

This film is definitely not the best documentary on Hedy Lamarr. I liked it, but I found it more enjoyable to look at the historical context and read other reviews of the film. It was not very enlightening to me. I don't like documentaries about such a complex woman and her life. I felt like I was looking at a page from a book and I was trying to figure out what to read next. I would rather watch an episode of Serial in a magazine instead. I also like how the film shows the world how the media portrayed her. I liked the opening scene of the documentary where they show the local news showing the press stories and the talk shows. The presentation of the story is very convincing and makes you feel like you are in Hedy Lamarr's world. I also liked how the film showed that the media was biased against her, and how they only talked about the negatives. I also liked the fact that they showed a different side of Hedy Lamarr, because she was not a nice woman. I would have liked to see more of her personal life. Overall, I did not like this film as much as I had hoped. It was a bit boring and not very informative. I think the film makers should have focused on Hedy Lamarr's life and career instead of showing her as a monster. My Rating: 7/10

I had a chance to see this documentary at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival, and I was blown away. I was glad that it was available on video, because I would have missed the opportunity to see it in the theater. This is a very interesting and entertaining documentary about the life and times of Hedy Lamarr, and how she became one of the most famous women in America. The film covers the history of her life, her rise to fame, and her death. It also covers her life with her husband, her children, her friends, and the people she met while she was traveling. I thought the film was very well-done. It's very well-paced, and there are several good interviews with her friends and family. The music was good as well, and the interviews with her friends were very interesting. I thought the film was very well-made, and it was very interesting to see the different people that she met while she was traveling, and how she was able to connect with them. It was interesting to see the reaction to her death, as well. It was sad to see that she had to die, and it was interesting to see how people reacted to it. The documentary was very well-made, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about the life of Hedy Lamarr.

This documentary is very much an eye opener for the viewer, as it delves into the life and death of Hedy Lamarr and her associates during the Civil War, and the aftermath of the war. This is a fascinating documentary that is well worth watching. The plot of this documentary is very good, the characters are well developed, and the film is well put together. I'm not sure how much of the film is factual, but if you're interested in the early life of Hedy Lamarr, then this is an excellent documentary to watch. The film also touches on the Civil War, and the events surrounding it. It's definitely a good film to watch, and it is a very good documentary.

A truly spectacular documentary that made me question the validity of the Hedy Lamarr story. It is an intense film that shows that Hedy Lamarr was just a young woman who was mistaken for an important figure in the American Revolutionary War. The film takes a close look at Hedy Lamarr's life and death and how she died in 1917. The film also shows how her fame was exploited by both sides during the war. I enjoyed the film very much and found it very informative and entertaining.

The main reason why I like this documentary is the attention to detail in telling the story of Hedy Lamarr. She is a legendary Hollywood screen actress and one of the most important actresses in history. Her performance in the film is amazing and she proves that her voice and her looks are what counts. It's always a pleasure to see her doing a great job. The other performers are also good. They have a lot of fun with the material and there are a few more good moments than bad. I think the most interesting thing in the film is the role that the film industry was playing in the history of Hollywood. It is a true story about how the film industry and the theater were part of the war effort. The film shows how Hollywood made huge contributions in the war effort. I also enjoyed the film because of the footage of movies that were released during the war. It's interesting to see how the war affected the films that were released and how Hollywood responded to the war effort. Overall, it is a very interesting film that will be enjoyable to watch.

I was fortunate enough to see this movie in a special screening at the Santa Barbara Film Festival, and was overwhelmed by the depth of the movie and the power of the movie to make you think. It is a must-see for anyone who is interested in the history of the Holocaust. It is also a must-see for anyone who is interested in the nature of film. It is a great movie, and a great movie to watch on a rainy day.

The Hedy Lamarr Story, directed by Gary Spall, is a documentary film about the life and work of the late Hollywood actress Hedy Lamarr. The film covers her early life, her rise to stardom, her battle with addiction, her fight with bipolar disorder, her tragic death, and her inspiring legacy. Hedy was one of the most important and successful actresses of her generation, who became an icon in Hollywood. Her work on screen was the inspiration for countless children and adults, who were inspired to become actors, and to see that acting was possible. Her filmography is rich and filled with memorable performances and experiences. Her style was glamourous and playful, while her story was tragic and tragic. The documentary is a must-see, as it provides a personal look at the woman behind the mask. I recommend this film to anyone who enjoys a well-made documentary.

As a child in the 1940s Hedy Lamarr had been an outspoken supporter of the British Commonwealth, even becoming a recipient of the British Empire's highest award for bravery, the Victoria Cross, which is usually awarded for exceptional bravery. In 1945, during the Second World War, she served as a nurse at the Children's Home in London's East End, where she befriended the families of war victims. She was also an author of children's books and illustrated a children's comic series for the British Army. In 1951, after the war, Hedy became an American citizen and went to live in the United States. There she began a relationship with George Eastman, a Jewish immigrant who became a Holocaust survivor. Eastman's wife, Ruth, wrote a book about her and Hedy. Hedy agreed to become a witness for the prosecution in the East German war crimes trials of the 1930s. She testified at the first trial in 1931, and at the second trial in 1935. During the trials, she had suffered terrible physical and mental abuse and was pregnant at least four times. Hedy became a public figure in the United States, and she wrote a memoir of her experiences in the American prison camp at Sachsenhausen, which she attended in 1937. The book is called "Not a Cottage: My Story of the Wartime Concentration Camp at Sachsenhausen." Hedy Lamarr and George Eastman lived in Manhattan, where they were friends and neighbors. As the book, "The Great Hedy Lamarr," was released, Hedy was honored by a statue erected in front of her home. It depicts her as a strong and beautiful woman. Eastman became a symbol of her. The story of the trial and the trial itself were dramatized in "The Trial of Hedy Lamarr." In 1980, Eastman died in New York City. In 2001, the film "The Great Hedy Lamarr" was released. It was a big success. It was nominated for three Academy Awards, including Best Picture and Best Director, and won the Oscar for Best Picture. "The Great Hedy Lamarr" is an important documentary, and it should be viewed by anyone interested in the Hedy Lamarr story. It should be seen by those who want to know the truth. It should be viewed by those who want to learn about the Holocaust.

I first saw this film in 2006 when I was in a movie theater, and I couldn't help but laugh at the film. It was only two years later that I saw it again and I thought it was even more funny. I recently bought the DVD and I'm still laughing at it. It's not a typical Hollywood movie, but it is an excellent documentary. It covers some of the most important historical events of the 20th century. Hedy Lamarr, the founder of the "Dixie Mafia" was a woman who believed in the American Dream, and she tried to help people in the South. She started by helping the African-American community, but she was able to gain the respect of the Southerners as well. The movie is very entertaining and there are some very funny scenes. The movie is about Hedy Lamarr and her life and how she became famous. It was also about her story and how she managed to keep her secret. It's quite interesting to see how she had such a powerful position in the South and how she influenced and changed people's lives.

The Hedy Lamarr Story is a powerful documentary that covers a lot of history and exposes the many failures of the Kennedy administration. Hedy Lamarr was a very important figure in American history. Her life was a story of love, sacrifice and perseverance. This movie makes it clear that she was not the only one who fought for equality. Her efforts were not only for women but for the working people as well. The movie is informative and entertaining. It gives you a good look at a very important figure in American history. The documentary is very well done. The interviews with both Lamarr and her family are very well done. This is an excellent movie that should be seen by everyone.

This documentary was produced in 2007. It was directed by Sam Roberts and written by Stephen R. Smith. It tells the story of Hedy Lamarr, a former Miss America, who was the first black woman to ever win the title. The film takes us through her life from her childhood to her death in 1952. The film is not a biographical documentary as the film does not attempt to show her life, it is simply a document of her life. She is interviewed by some of the greatest people in her life and tells them her story. She never gives an interview in the film, instead she is interviewed by her supporters and critics. The film is one of the best biographical documentaries ever made. It is very well made, and has a very good cast. It shows us a young Hedy Lamarr, with her family, friends, and teachers. The film was very well made, and it is the best biographical film ever made. I highly recommend it.

I found the movie to be a very sad look at a life that I could never know. Hedy Lamarr lived in a time where black people were not thought of as superior to white people. Her life is about the struggle for equality for black people in the south. It's about the bravery of black people to fight for their rights. Hedy Lamarr was brave and brilliant in her career as a journalist and was known as the "Black Panther." She lived in the south during the period of segregation and had a vision that was very inspirational for people in the south. I think that's what makes this movie so tragic and sad.

I've been a fan of Hedy Lamarr for many years. I've seen her play on stage and on TV. I've seen her on the big screen. And now, I'm going to see her play for the first time. I've always wondered if she was really that kind of a person. I've always been fascinated with the fact that she was so famous and yet so unloved. But now, I'm going to see her play for the first time, and I'll be able to put my own two cents in. I can't wait to see what this woman has to say. She's one of my favorite actors. I hope she's happy. She's a true artist and I hope she will be able to get her life back on track.

I have seen a lot of documentaries about the Hedy Lamarr story, and the film is well done. The film follows her from the time she was a little girl in Missouri to her early death at age 40. It also shows her husband's career as a WWII fighter pilot and his last year of service in the Pacific. The film is about the people who knew Hedy, the people who loved her, and the people who died because of her. It is a fascinating story, and I would recommend it to anyone who loves history. I think the film does a good job of showing the flaws of the Hedy Lamarr story, and I think it does a good job of showing the strengths. I think it is an excellent documentary, and I think it is well worth seeing. I would recommend this film to anyone.
